The Role: Amplius Partners seeks a full-time Consultant in Negotiation Training to deliver world-class global training programs, facilitate workshops, build client relationships, and contribute to program design and business development. Main Responsibilities Deliver engaging, high-impact negotiation training programs to clients both in the UK and internationally. Facilitate workshops, run interactive exercises, and share insights that turn complex theory into practical, actionable skills. Build strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor throughout their learning journey. Contribute to the design of programs, ensuring that content is always tailored, relevant, and compelling. Drive business development by providing thought leadership, engaging with clients, and constantly improving the company's offering. Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will be a confident facilitator who demonstrates: Experience in consultancy, learning and development, coaching, training delivery, sales, or similar client-facing roles. Outstanding communication, presentation, and storytelling skills. The ability to simplify complex ideas and create engaging learning experiences. Commercial background with strong record of selling and/or buying and negotiating collaboratively with customers/suppliers. Willingness to travel globally to deliver training programs.
