Key Requirements of a Year 2 Teacher
Qualified Primary Teacher (QTS or equivalent)
Experience teaching KS1, ideally in Year 2
A creative, caring, and child-centred approach
Strong phonics knowledge and the ability to deliver engaging, inclusive lessons
