KS1 Teacher - Southall, Ealing Full-time | January 2026 start | Long-term until July 2026 | M1-UPS3 | Open to ECTs and experienced teachers Tradewind are working with a three-form entry primary school in Southall rated 'Good' by Ofsted, to recruit a KS1 Teacher from January 2026 for the remainder of the academic year. Responsibilities: Deliver engaging lessons across the KS1 curriculum that build on pupils' strengths and interests. Assess progress regularly and adapt lessons to support all learners, including those with EAL or SEN. Work collaboratively with your year group partner and support staff to share planning and best practice. Contribute to the wider life of the school, including meetings, inset days and community events. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Experience teaching in KS1 in a UK primary school. Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and colleagues. Open to ECTs who demonstrate solid teaching placements and reflective practice.
