We work with businesses across various sectors to design, develop and maintain robust digital solutions that support operational efficiency and growth.Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Web Developer to join our growing technology team in the United Kingdom. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining modern, secure and scalable web applications tailored to client and internal business requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop and maintain responsive and user-friendly web applications and websitesWrite clean, efficient and well-documented code using modern programming languages and frameworksCollaborate with designers, project managers and other developers to deliver high-quality solutionsIntegrate front-end components with server-side logic and third-party APIsTroubleshoot, debug and optimise web applications for performance and securityConduct testing and implement fixes to ensure functionality across browsers and devicesMaintain version control and follow secure development best practicesProvide ongoing support, updates and enhancements to existing web platformsRequired Skills and ExperienceProven experience as a Web Developer or similar roleStrong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and at least one modern framework (e.g. React, Angular, or Vue)Experience with server-side technologies such as PHP, Python, Node.js or similarFamiliarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)Understanding of RESTful APIs and web servicesKnowledge of version control systems such as GitStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailDesirable SkillsExperience with cloud platforms or hosting environmentsKnowledge of cybersecurity and data protection best practicesFamiliarity with Agile or Scrum development methodologiesQualificationsA bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field is desirable but not essential if supported by relevant experience
