Typical duties include: Assisting dentists during a wide range of treatments and proceduresPreparing and maintaining equipment, instruments, and materialsEnsuring surgeries remain clean, organised, and fully stockedFollowing infection control and cross-infection protocolsProviding reassuring chairside support to patientsMaintaining accurate records in line with GDC and CQC standardsSupporting the smooth running of the dental team throughout the day What We’re Looking For GDC registration (essential)Previous experience in NHS or private dental settingsExcellent chairside manner and attention to detailKnowledge of cross-infection control and decontamination proceduresStrong communication and teamwork skillsA commitment to high clinical standards and ongoing CPD Why Join Flourish Medical?
