Exam Invigilator - Secondary Schools Location: Southwark, LondonPay: £15-£17 per hour (Depending on Experience)Contract Type: Temporary / Flexible We are recruiting Exam Invigilators to support secondary schools in Southwark during examination periods. This role is well suited to individuals who are organised, reliable, and able to work calmly in a formal exam environment. The Role As an Exam Invigilator, you will: Supervise students during examinations in accordance with exam board regulations Ensure exams are conducted in line with JCQ guidelines Distribute and collect examination materials securely Maintain a quiet, orderly environment throughout the exam Report any irregularities or incidents to the exams officer Candidate Requirements Previous exam invigilation experience preferred JCQ training preferred (or willingness to undertake training) Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures precisely Professional, punctual, and dependable Availability to work on a flexible basis, including mornings and afternoons during exam seasons Compliance Requirements An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one Right to work in the UK What We Offer Competitive hourly pay of £15-£17, depending on experience Flexible work to fit around your availability Opportunities to work across a range of secondary schools in Southwark This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking flexible, short-term work within education.
