This is a full-time role supporting a pupil with additional needs, providing consistent, tailored support throughout the school day. This position is ideal for someone who is patient, reliable, and passionate about helping children feel supported, confident, and included in school life. The role will involve: Providing 1:1 support for a pupil with additional learning or behavioural needs Supporting access to learning within the classroom and small-group settings Assisting with emotional regulation, focus, and engagement Implementing strategies set by the class teacher and SENCO Building a positive, trusting relationship with the pupil This role is ideal for: Learning Support Assistants or Teaching Assistants Candidates with experience supporting SEN on a 1:1 basis Psychology, education, or childcare graduates Calm, resilient, and nurturing individuals What the school offers: A full-time, long-term role with consistency Supportive staff team and clear guidance Ongoing support within the role A rewarding opportunity to make a real difference Why Tradewind?
