Inclusion Support Practitioner - Thrapston Location: Thrapston, Northamptonshire Start Date: January 2026 Contract: Full-Time | Long-Term (with potential to go permanent) Salary: Competitive daily rate, depending on experience Are you motivated by helping young people overcome challenges, grow in confidence, and achieve their best in school? Our partner secondary schools in Thrapston are looking for enthusiastic and caring Inclusion Support Practitioners to join their teams from January 2026. This is a long-term role where you can make a genuine difference, supporting students who benefit from extra guidance and encouragement. You'll be an important part of the school community, working closely with teachers, SEN teams, and pastoral staff to ensure every student feels supported, included, and able to succeed.
