We’re now looking for passionate individuals to join us on this journey and help us shape the future of sustainable, inspiring workplace design.Your Impact: We are looking to bring onboard a Regional Manager to have ownership of our London (West) region. As our Regional Manager, you will be playing an integral part on ensuring the success of your region across key components, such as profitability, commercial success and the retention of our customers.As a Regional Manager, your impact will stretch across effective leadership of your region, your team leader and wider service technician team. In this role, you who will oversee a team of 10 to 15 members and have an eye for ensuring your team is nurtured, performance is optimised and everyone is working together to achieve agreed key performance indicators. An addition to the above, your impact will reach across: Management and maintenance of Net Promoter Scores for your regionHeightening of our clients experience through management of those relationships and being a core point of contract for themDelivering profitability across your region whilst have visibility of commercial elements such as contract reviews and pricingManaging resolutions and to ensure customer successRequirementsYou will be a great fit if you have: Proven experience in managing a team (directly and indirectly) that are based onsite and remotelyThe desire to see your team develop and have a nurturing approach to thisExperience in ensuring customer success, driving engagement and building strong relationship with your client baseOwnership in your approach to work and can assess and action decisions based on data, business priorities and customer expectationsYou are used to managing changing priorities and have a bias for actionA desire to exceed customer expectations through your workExperience in managing P&L budgetsWay of working: This is permanent, full-time position where most of your time will be spent in a client facing capacity. The region coverage for this role is London (West) and you must be comfortable travelling to and navigating the city. To note, there will also be days spent working collaboratively with other departments at our HQ in Henham.---Line Managers are responsible for promoting a safe working environment and ensuring their team follows Health & Safety policies.
