Dining options include seasonal dishes and Afternoon Tea at The Montagu Kitchen and snacks and cocktails at award-winning Churchill Bar & Terrace.**Duties and responsibilities related to the Night Manager role**+ Ensure all guests receive prompt, professional, and courteous service throughout the night.+ Manage late check-ins, early check-outs, and assist with any guest requests.+ Oversee night audits to ensure accurate recording of daily transactions and prepare reports.+ Communicate and coordinate with other departments (e.g. housekeeping, engineering) to ensure seamless night operations. Act as the primary point of contact during nighttime operations.+ Oversee health and safety as well as security operations at the hotel during the night, conducting regular patrols and inspections.**About you**Previous experience in hotel front office management within the premier segment is preferred.
