TPF Recruitment is recruiting for an Accounts Assistant / Semi Senior to join a highly reputable firm of chartered certified accountants based near Whitstable. Our client is looking for an experienced accountancy practice Accounts Assistant / Semi-Senior accountant to join their dynamic team and to assist in their ever-growing workload. The successful candidate will be required to complete end to end accounting tasks for a range of sole traders, ltd companies and partnerships across accounts, tax, bookkeeping and VAT. The Accounts Assistant / Semi Senior will be dealing with a wide range of work, including:Assist Management in the preparation of accounts (sole trader, partnership and limited company accounts)Assist in the preparation of corporate and income tax computationsUndertake ad hoc work as requested by managementLiaise with clients as necessaryRequirementsYou will be studying AAT or AAT qualified or qualified by experience with some experience within practice.Experience of Iris, Sage or Xero would be advantageous but isn't a prerequisite.You may have experience of preparing accounts and tax returns in an accountancy practice environment.Full time or part time candidates will be considered.Benefits£25,000 - £32,000 dependent on experience and background, negotiable.Please apply for the vacancy or contact Luke Harrison to arrange a confidential conversation.luke@tpfrecruitment.com01227 533 007
