Job DescriptionField Service Team Leader Basingstoke Permanent (40 hours) Competitive Salary plus benefits Join Detectronic's Field Services team as a Team Leader! More about the role:Lead a team on-site made up on an Assistant Field Service Technician or Field Service Technician ensuring quality work and health & safety compliance.Work safely and effectively as part of a one/two/three-person crew installing and maintaining equipment onsite, diagnosing problems and taking appropriate action with minimal supervision.Provide feedback to managers for performance reviews and project improvements.Take ownership of designated Field Services H&S tasks.Train and support Assistants and Technicians on the job.Safely operate and maintain company vehicles; report defects promptly.Complete all site works to client satisfaction.Clean, secure, and care for company vehicles, tools, and equipment.Handle loading/unloading materials safely and correctly with a high regard for health & safety.Follow all company H&S policies, RAMS, and wear correct PPE.Engage with clients on-site to communicate progress and offer support.Share feedback and ideas with supervisors for continuous improvement.
