This is a standalone role reporting into the Chief Risk Officer and covering governance and regulatory requirements. You will be park of the Risk and Compliance function, with involvement in numerous other development activities as part of the growth of the business.Key aspects of the role will include interaction across all entities and Service Companies with regulators around the world, their Managing Agency and Lloyd's. The role and its responsibilities are expected to evolve significantly over time as the business continues to develop and grow.The Company Secretary will be responsible for supporting the Risk and Compliance team in ensuring the company complies with all relevant regulation and legislation applicable in the general insurance sector and in the local territories in which they are present, including delivering Company Secretarial requirements.This is an excellent opportunity for a Deputy Company Secretary looking for their next step or a Company Secretary looking for a fresh challenge in a forward-thinking Insurer.
