Full-Time SEND Teacher - Permanent Role Location: Central Sheffield SEN school Start Date: ASAP Tradewind Recruitment is delighted to be working with a welcoming and supportive school in central Sheffield to recruit a full-time SEND Teacher for a permanent position working with a small group of Year 7 students with additional needs. This role will initially be pay rolled through Tradewind Recruitment, with the successful candidate moving onto a direct contract with the school following the agreed period. The Role: Teaching a dedicated group of Year 7 pupils with additional needs Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons to support a range of SEND Working closely with two experienced Teaching Assistants in the classroom Collaborating with a supportive and experienced Senior Leadership Team Creating a nurturing, structured, and inclusive learning environment The Ideal Candidate Will: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Have previous experience working with children with additional needs (SEND) Be patient, resilient, and passionate about inclusive education Have strong behaviour management and communication skills Be committed to making a real difference in pupils' lives Why Work with Tradewind Recruitment?
