Due to growth we are seeking a Tooling and Asset Coordinator, to join their team. Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager - Outages, this hybrid role supports both site-based and office-based outages operations, combining administrative coordination, project support, tooling controls and controlled audits. This role contributes a key position in ensuring the smooth delivery of outages and shutdowns, while also contributing to the preparation and coordination of project tooling and contract deliverables. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple stakeholders. The role: Assist in the preparation of outages tooling documentation, including collation of compliance records, formatting, and submission to immediate team members on project execution Implementation of tooling and asset management processes including bar coding all assets and cataloguing into the controls system Managing and organizing equipment calibrations, certifications, repairs and maintenance of all outages tooling and equipment before and after outages Monitoring of the CRM system and reporting to workshop management on assets requiring calibrations, repairs, inspections and certification Reporting on tooling usage and operational costs Management of site services tooling containers and ensure correct tooling available at all times as required Responsible for accurate tooling lists and documentation required such as SDS's, electrical registers, and rigging registers Hands on packing of tooling and consumables into containers with support from labour provided Providing final tooling lists and equipment documentation to the immediate site project manager before transport of containers to and from site Ensure all new tooling added to the CRM system and remove all broken and damaged equipment effectively Any lost tooling be registered and documented correctly, creating replacement documentation and updating the CRM system appropriately Coordinate tooling container repairs, modifications and readiness for utilization Manage tooling container audits in the workshop and on site before end of an outage and generate a full report Organise and facilitate site labour bar coding for each individual working on outages as part of tooling management protocols Support the site project manager and project cost controller with any and all information relating tooling, costs for services relating tooling, working with suppliers and services providers What we're looking for: Ability to travel as required (70% office based/30% field based to customer sites) Asset management and business administration Ability to understand schedules for planning purposes Ability to manage client expectations Construction white card Valid Driver's licence Workplace confidentiality Excellent communication skills (written and verbal): must be able to interact and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization with tact and diplomacy with a high level of cultural sensitivity Ability to develop processes and implementation working closely with management Minimum of 3 years experience working on Assets controlling systems, WASP or equivalent Minimum of 3 years experience working in construction, engineering and or equivalent industries Understanding of systems workflows, outage logistics and planning processes Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, set priorities, and work both independently and in a team environment Ability to work under pressure while keeping a positive and result- driven attitude Ability to utilize effective planning tools for workshops, field and outages activities High level of attention to detail and ability to maintain high level of accuracy High level of PC literacy, especially MS Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer On offer: $75k-$80k + 12.5% super Full-time permanent role Global company Supportive team environment with opportunity for growth If you're looking for the next step in your career, APPLY TODAY!
