With over three decades of experience, this business combines traditional accountancy expertise with modern advisory services to help clients achieve their goals.The RoleDue to continued growth, the firm is seeking a motivated and ambitious Personal Tax Semi-Senior or Senior to strengthen their established team. You will be working with a variety of clients, supporting them across both compliance and advisory areas, and will have genuine scope for progression within a dynamic and supportive environment.Your responsibilities will vary depending on experience but may include:Preparing tax returns for individuals and partnershipsPreparing ERS and EMI returnsCompleting P11D forms and PSA calculationsHandling client queries and HMRC correspondenceAssisting with capital gains tax and inheritance tax mattersSupporting partners with specialist tax consultancy projectsIdentifying and implementing tax planning opportunitiesManaging your own workflow and client portfolioThere is also the potential to gain exposure to trust, estates, and corporate tax consultancy if desired.RequirementsAbout YouWe’re looking for an individual with:A minimum of 2 years’ experience in personal tax within an accountancy practiceATT, CTA qualification (or part-qualified / qualified by experience)Excellent communication and client relationship skillsThe ability to explain complex tax matters in clear, practical termsStrong IT skills, particularly in Excel; experience with CCH software is beneficialA full UK driving licence and access to your own transportBenefits£40,000 - £50,000 dependent on experience and background, negotiable.22.5 days annual leave + 8 days for bank holiday Hybrid working pattern5% matched pensionHealth care cash planIncome protectionPlease contact Mark Sitton on 01273 102 360, Mark@TPFrecruitment.com, or via LinkedIn for a confidential conversation.Refer a friend...We’re keen to remain the leading provider of the best accountancy talent in the South-East.
