Job DescriptionDeliver excellent customer service, working closely with the Area Supervisor and National Call Centre.Use PDA management software to manage service calls and maintenance visits.Attend and resolve daily service calls plus scheduled maintenance work.Take responsibility for your vehicle and stock, ensuring they’re properly maintained.Bring a proactive, positive, “can-do” approach to every job.Join the callout rota, with opportunities for additional earning potential.Work flexibly when needed to meet client demand.Be based within ~30 minutes of your working area for responsive service.Please note - The responsibilities listed here aren’t the full picture—but they give you a good sense of the role.
