Job DescriptionTo timely process and consolidate air export shipments, while ensuring consistent communication with branches and providing an exceptional customer service.Task and Duties:Prepare master air waybills and needed documentationsFile customs documentsEnsure smooth and timely freight process flowReceive and update shipment status in a timely mannerEnsure accurate and timely data entry into our operating systemTrack and Trace Air Export shipmentsInteract with branches in arranging their international shipments, meeting / exceeding customer service standardsCoordinate with our contracted service providers in procuring space and servicesContribute to maintain strong relationships with service providers (Airlines, trucking companies, and others)Meet compliance at all times to regulations. This includes internal policies and procedures such as Operational Process Standards (OPS) and external government regulations or customer policies / requirementsUnderstand department process flow, constantly looking for areas of improved efficiencyMeet KPI standards, as per the company’s proceduresOverseas communicationsThis is a full time Day shift position working 4 on 4 off 7am - 7pm
