Your New RoleAs a Preconstruction Quantity Surveyor, you’ll play a key role in the early stages of project development. You’ll be responsible for cost planning, feasibility analysis, procurement strategy, and supporting bid submissions. Working closely with design, planning, and commercial teams, you’ll help shape the financial success of major developments from concept to site start.3. What You Need to SucceedStrong experience in preconstruction or early-stage QS roles.
