You’ll play a key role in helping pupils access the curriculum, provide tailored support, and foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.This role offers flexible working opportunities — whether you’re looking for full-time or part-time supply work, you’ll be able to choose assignments that fit your lifestyle.‍ What You’ll Be Doing: Supporting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities Helping pupils stay engaged and focused during lessons Promoting a safe, welcoming, and respectful learning space Monitoring and supporting pupil progress and wellbeing Upholding safeguarding standards and contributing to pupil safetyRequirements✅ What We’re Looking For: Fluency in Welsh - essential for working in Welsh-medium schools A caring and patient approach to supporting young learners Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with pupils and staff Experience in education or working with children Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness for us to process one) Right to work and reside in the UK Benefits Why Work With Equal?
