Business Continuity ManagerCentral London (Hybrid offered)Salary to £90,000 plus excellent benefits packageTaylor Stevenson are delighted to have been engaged by our new client in the Banking Financial Services space to support them with the recruitment of an experienced Business Continuity Manager to lead a fast growing entity in central London.The role will support the business by managing the first line of risk and control to the bank, Business Continuity and Incident Management.You are primarily responsible for - The development, implementation, and maintenance of the Bank’s Business Continuity Management (BCM) framework including yearly review for all business functionsManaging and completion of Business Impact Assessments thorough Risk Analysis and Business Continuity PlansManagement of all operational incidents across the bank including the execution of the banks response framework when neededLiaison across the business ensuring disaster recovery plans are in placeCapture and management of key metrics for the BCMEnsure safeguards to be resilient in the face of incidents and effective in protecting the banks customers and its regulatory obligations The ideal candidate will be an industry specialist who will have demonstrable experience in a previous Business Continuity Manager role from within a regulated UK financial institution. Couple that with a solid understanding of regulatory frameworks (PRA/FCA) and operational risk management is essential.You will be a natural leader and a strategic thinker who can balance compliance and operational efficiency without impacting the customer.
