Job DescriptionCentral Government accounts are Quadient’s top target Public Sector customers and are served by the Quadient Government and Facilities Management division by a team of Strategic Account Managers.This is an excellent opportunity to join a high performing sales team and further your career. This is a national, hybrid role, so you can be based anywhere within the UK. There will be national travel involved, with a minimum of 3 days per week on the road with the others days working from home.Your role in our futureYou’ll ensure a focused approach to relationship development, stakeholder mapping, and long-term growth within key Central Government named departments and agenciesYou’ll focus on protecting existing revenue channels and developing new revenue streams by introducing new products and services across the full Quadient portfolioPartner with the Facilities Management team to translate strategic imperatives into actionable go-to-market plans, driving activity into Government accountsWork closely with the Bid Management Team to pursue tender opportunities effectively, ensuring alignment with Crown Commercial Service (CCS) frameworks and public procurement requirementsBalance short-term sales delivery with long-term value creation by growing market share in the mail division’s core offerings while driving expansion into digital and automation solutionsBuild internal partnerships with Product, Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Professional Services to deliver integrated, customer-centric solutionsIt will be important for you to build and maintain contacts and strong business relationships, whilst developing a multi-level contact plan for each designated Central Government Department
