Would you like to gain paid classroom experience before starting your formal teacher training? Tradewind Recruitment is proud to offer an excellent Graduate Teaching Programme designed to support graduates into Initial Teacher Training (ITT) starting in September. About the Graduate Programme Tradewind Recruitment's graduate programme provides aspiring teachers with hands-on, paid experience in local schools while preparing them for ITT. You will work in primary or secondary schools across Kettering and the wider Northamptonshire area, developing the skills and confidence needed to succeed in teacher training. As part of the programme, you will: Gain paid classroom experience prior to teacher training Work alongside experienced teachers and education professionals Develop essential skills such as behaviour management and lesson support Receive expert guidance and support with ITT applications (PGCE, SCITT, School Direct, etc.) Secure strong school-based references ahead of starting ITT in September Many graduates who complete the programme successfully progress directly into Initial Teacher Training in September or move into long-term school roles.
