Production Technician – Telford£33,000 starting salary – oppurtunity to rise to £42000 after training - (Full Training Programme Provided)4 on 4 off shift pattern (days & nights)Are you a hands-on problem solver with a keen eye for detail? In this role, you will:✅ Spot and resolve machinery faults to prevent downtime.✅ Run the production line to standard operating procedures, including start-ups and changeovers.✅ Ensure full compliance with Food Safety, Quality, and Health & Safety standards.✅ Lead and train machine operators to drive performance.✅ Work with development teams to refine processes and improve productivity.✅ Take ownership of the production line’s performance, ensuring efficiency and control.
