Recruit4staff are representing an established horticultural business in their search for a Farm Worker to work in WelshpoolJob Details: Pay: £12.50 per hour (Overtime paid at time plus 1/2 over 40 hrs)Hours of Work: Monday – Friday 7:30 am - 5:00 pm plus overtime as requiredTemp - Perm opportunityStarts available from Jan 2026 Job Role: The successful candidate will work as part of a team undertaking a variety of outdoor horticultural duties. Responsibilities include potting, planting, and pruning trees and shrubs, watering and fertilising plants, monitoring plant health, and carrying out harvesting and packing tasks.
