Job Title: Skilled Labourer Location: Various UK Sites Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Rate: £15.00 per hour Overtime Rates: Time and a third after 8.5 hours per day Time and a half on Saturdays and Bank Holidays Double time on Sundays Job Overview We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled Labourer to join our installation team. You will be working on various sites across the UK, supporting the installation of our products and solutions. This is a full-time role with regular weekday hours, and opportunities for overtime. Key Responsibilities Assist with installation of interior materials on commercial sites Use various power tools Load and unload materials and equipment Maintain a clean and safe working environment Follow site safety regulations and company procedures Travel to and from sites (transport provided) Participate in occasional overnight stays when working on distant sites (accommodation and food provided) Requirements Valid CSCS Card (essential) Driving License (preferred) Good physical fitness and willingness to perform manual work Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Willingness to travel and stay overnight when required Punctual, reliable, and safety-conscious What We Offer Competitive hourly rate with enhanced overtime pay Paid travel to site from your home address Accommodation and food covered during overnight stays Long-term work with a reputable UK company Opportunities for development and progression The Best Connection is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
