The Pre-Sales Design department is a multi-faceted department covering customer-facing pre-sales support, heating system design, product specification and system optimisation. In this role, you will be responsible for: The placement will focus on supporting administration tasks within the department, including, but not limited to: 1. Project co-ordination of system design requests 2. Departmental continuous improvement, project administration and support 3. Generation of departmental reports for the Technical Services Manager 4. Project management, consisting of staff capacity planning and prioritising deadlines. 5.
