Job Title: CNC MachinistContract: 1 MonthLocation: Ansty Park, CoventryBasic rate: £21.72/hour
Shift pattern: 7am - 3:30pm
Role Overview:Operate and set up multi-axis CNC machines, ensuring production of quality conforming parts as per engineering drawings and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Run and set up CNC machines, perform tool changes and offsets
Inspect and measure components, record features and update MRP
Maintain safety, quality, TPM, and 5S standards
Complete paperwork and support continuous improvement
Work independently and as part of a team
Requirements:
2+ years' experience on multi-axis machines
Engineering apprenticeship or equivalent
Skilled in reading engineering drawings and using measurement tools
IT literate (SAP, Word, Excel, etc.)
Able to work with minimal supervision and meet eye test requirements
