About the Role As a Landlord and Tenant Solicitor, you will: Advise on commercial and residential landlord and tenant matters, including lease renewals, possession proceedings, and tenancy disputes Manage your own caseload, working with a wide range of clients Draft and negotiate tenancy agreements, licences, and related legal documents Represent clients in court and tribunal hearings Collaborate with partners and senior team members on complex cases Candidate Profile: Required Skills & Experience Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) 2–4 years’ PQE with demonstrable experience in landlord and tenant law Solid technical knowledge of relevant legislation and case law Experience managing a full caseload in both residential and commercial property matters Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills Strong communication and client management abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Desirable Attributes Previous experience in a City or leading regional firm Experience with leasehold enfranchisement and complex possession proceedings Working knowledge of property litigation Benefits & Rewards Competitive salary: £48,000–£65,000 (DOE) Hybrid working pattern: Three days in the Central London office, two days remote 25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays Private medical insurance Pension scheme Ongoing professional development and mentoring Clear progression path to Senior Associate and Partnership Inclusive, team-focused culture Career Progression Our client is committed to developing legal talent, offering structured progression towards Senior Associate and Partnership for high performers.
