That could be you.We’re supporting a specialist school in Durham that’s looking for a 1:1 Behavioural Support Assistant to work closely with a pupil who benefits from calm guidance, clear routines, and steady reassurance throughout the school day.This role isn’t about “fixing” behaviour.
