Renowned for its client-focused approach and commitment to excellence, our client has proudly maintained the Law Society's Lexcel Accreditation since 2004, reflecting its dedication to quality and professionalism.The Role: Manage your own caseload of Clinical Negligence matters (pre-litigated and litigated)Work collaboratively within the Claimant Personal Injury teamHandle high-value and complex claims with professionalism and careLiaise with Barristers, medical experts and clientsAttend Court hearings and client meetingsDraft documents, briefs, instructions and schedulesValue claims and conduct settlement negotiations About You: Minimum 5 years' experience in Clinical Negligence (Solicitor or Legal Executive)Proven billing history and experience with high-value claimsStrong communication and client care skillsExperience in a target-driven, commercial environment (advantageous)Excellent organisation, attention to detail and professionalism Benefits: Generous bonus schemeUp to 2 days WFH per week35 days total holiday (including Christmas closure and Birthday Duvet Day)Company sick payDeath in service schemeFree parking If you are an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor or Legal Executive seeking a new challenge, please get in touch to learn more.#INDCATN
