Job Title: Teaching Assistant (TA) Location: Nottingham (NG11) Pay rate: £95–£120 per day (Depending on experience) Start Date: Immediate Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-timeAre you supportive, reliable, and keen to make a positive difference in the classroom?GSL Education are recruiting Teaching Assistants and offering an opportunity to work within schools across Nottingham, including the NG11 area, supporting day-to-day learning and pupil development.As a Teaching Assistant (TA), you will support teachers in delivering lessons, assist small groups, and help maintain a positive classroom environment. This role suits someone who enjoys working with children and building their confidence.Core Responsibilities: Support pupils individually and in small groups during lessons.Assist the class teacher with classroom organisation and preparation.Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in learning activities.Help pupils develop independence and confidence.Follow safeguarding procedures and school policies at all times. Requirements of Teaching Assistant: Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable.A caring, patient, and flexible approach to supporting learning.Good communication and teamwork skills.A willingness to adapt to different classroom settings.An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
