Cover Supervisors - Secondary Schools Tonbridge & Surrounding Areas Are you confident, adaptable, and interested in working within secondary education? We are an established education recruitment agency working with a range of secondary schools in Tonbridge and nearby areas, and we are currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to support schools with short- and long-term cover needs. The Role Supervise whole classes during teacher absence Deliver pre-set lesson materials and ensure students stay on task Maintain positive behaviour in line with school expectations Support students' learning and respond appropriately to questions Work across KS3 and KS4 (with occasional KS5 opportunities) What We're Looking For Experience working with young people in any setting (schools, youth work, sports coaching, etc.) Confident classroom presence and clear communication skills Ability to manage behaviour effectively and professionally Reliable, flexible, and organised approach to work Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) What We Offer Competitive daily rates, paid weekly Flexible work to suit your availability Day-to-day, short-term, and longer-term placements Ongoing support from a dedicated consultant Experience in a variety of supportive secondary school environments Why Work With Us?
