We’ll provide full training on our products, so if you have strong technical skills and experience with SQL or system administration, we want to hear from you!What’s in it for you?Flexibility: Hybrid or remote working options.Variety: Work on a mix of technical troubleshooting, customer interaction, and proactive problem-solving.Growth: Develop deep product knowledge and progress into specialist or leadership roles.Impact: Help customers deliver essential housing services to communities.Role OverviewWork as part of a collaborative team resolving application support issues for NEC Housing and related components.Ensure issues are handled efficiently using ITIL best practice service processes.Normal hours are 9:00–17:30, Monday to Friday, except for one week in every 10 when you’ll cover Canadian hours (14:00–22:00).Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical assistance, application support, and usage guidance to NEC customers.Investigate and resolve application issues, working toward SLA targets.Translate customer requirements into workarounds and fixes.Develop and maintain technical support documentation and procedures.Deliver proactive support services (ITIL Problem Management).Identify opportunities for additional services and solutions.
