As a Spa Therapist at Britannic Explorer, a Belmond Train, you are part of a team responsible for providing professional and engaging therapies and massage treatments to our guests in the onboard Wellness Suite. In this role, you will offer a full range of treatments to fulfil different client needs and objectives, always dedicated to their complete comfort and wellbeing. If you’re looking to develop your skills and be part of a legacy of luxury, this is your moment. Primary Responsibilities Include: This is a seasonal role which runs from March to November in 2026. Greeting guests warmly and providing a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere. Offering information about available spa services, treatments and products. Scheduling appointments and managing bookings for spa treatments. Delivering a variety of spa services (body treatments, massages, facials) in a safe and comfortable manner. Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of spa products and services. Recommending and selling spa products to guests, providing personalised advice based on their needs. RequirementsWhat You Bring: Applicants must have eligibility to work in the UK. At least 1-3 years’ experience as a spa therapist. Minimum NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent. Company certificates gained within a recognised company training scheme. Genuine interest in and passion for wellness and body therapy. Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
