Position Overview:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Personal Assistant (PA) to join a two-person support team for a young adult male with Autism, ADHD, and severe learning difficulties. This role focuses on enabling him to engage with the community safely and confidently.Key Responsibilities:Community Engagement: Support the individual in accessing and enjoying local activities such as walks, parks, shops, and cafés.Personal Support: Accompany and assist him in public spaces, including public restrooms when necessary.Safety & Well-being: Ensure a secure and supportive environment while fostering independence and confidence.Collaboration: Work closely with a co-PA to provide consistent and effective support.Requirements:Experience supporting individuals with Autism, ADHD, and severe learning difficulties is essential.A calm, alert, and compassionate approach with strong problem-solving skills.Physically well and able to support an active lifestyle.Reliable, patient, and committed to providing high-quality care.This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in someone's life by enhancing their access to the world around them.
