Please see below for our comprehensive remuneration package.About the Role:As a Kitchensafe Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing Kitchensafe systems for our clients across the UK.Key Responsibilities;Install and service Kitchensafe systems to the highest standards.Carry out fault finding, diagnostics, and remedial work on Kitchensafe systems.Participate in a 1-in-4 call-out rota, ensuring prompt and reliable service.Liaise professionally with on-site concierge teams and management during works to ensure clear communication and customer satisfaction.Accurately record all work completed using the PDA system.Be comfortable with long-distance travel across the UK, with flexibility to stay away from home where required.RequirementsWho we’re looking forAs well as having all the usual attributes of a great Marlowe Kitchen Fire Suppression employee, such as; a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, well presented and professional at all times, ability to work alone and as part of a team….. Possesses a structured and methodical approach to work. Strong ability to multi-task and manage workloads effectively to meet strict deadlines. Excellent customer-facing and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships. Capable of working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team, using initiative when required. Maintains a calm and professional approach under pressure. Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with engineers, management, and customers.
