LETTINGS CONSULTANT / SENIOR LETTINGS CONSULTANT – Willesden Green (NW2) Salary:Basic up to £30,000 DOE, £50k OTE Independent Estate Agency Rayner Personnel are delighted to be representing a highly regarded independent estate agency in Willesden Green, who are seeking a confident, energetic, and service-driven Lettings Consultant (or Senior Lettings Consultant, depending on experience) to join their close-knit team. Based in Willesden Green Tube Station, this is a fast-paced, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll be responsible for handling enquiries, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and guiding landlords and tenants through the lettings process from start to finish. At senior level, you’ll also take on market appraisals, new business generation, and converting opportunities into instructions. Key Responsibilities: Register applicants and manage inbound enquiries Match applicants to suitable properties and arrange viewings Conduct viewings confidently and professionally Provide regular feedback to landlords and maintain clear communication Negotiate offers and manage expectations for both landlords and tenants Support with tenancy paperwork, compliance, and pre-tenancy checks At senior level: conduct valuations, generate new business, and convert instructions The Ideal Candidate: Minimum one year’s experience in lettings or a client-facing property role Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills Excellent communication and organisational abilities Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (car allowance included) ARLA/Propertymark qualification preferred (or willingness to work towards it) INDCSContact Details: If you are interested in this role as a LETTINGS CONSULTANT OR SENIOR LETTINGS CONSULTANT (ESTATE AGENCY) please send your CV to chris.sweeney@raynerpersonnel.com or call me on 07725866386 .Please Note: Rayner Personnel - Property Recruitment are acting as a recruitment agency with regards to this position.
