Blue Arrow is currently recruiting an experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver to join our client's team in Burton on Trent. This is a full‑time, ongoing role offering stable shifts and competitive pay.
Shift Pattern
4 on / 4 off rotating shifts
06:00-18:00 / 18:00-06:00
Pay Rate
£13.57 - £13.92 per hour
Role Overview
Unloading stacks of empty cans, which can be quite high, requiring confident and skilled FLT operation.
Working safely and efficiently within a busy warehouse environment.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years' Counterbalance FLT experience
Valid FLT licence
Ability to work with high stacked loads confidently and safely
