Leading in-person induction training for new consultants at our Reed Business School (3-day sessions, once a month) Running engaging training sessions at key Reed offices - London, Birmingham, Manchester, Northampton Supporting quarterly 2-day training events at our Northampton head office Driving impactful learning projects during your home-based days Who are we looking for? Experienced agency recruiters with a proven billing track record Natural communicators with exceptional presentation skills Credible, proactive professionals who can lead by example Ideally, you'll have experience in facilitating learning and building strong stakeholder relationships This is more than a job - it's a chance to share your expertise, inspire others, and grow your own career in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.
