Role: Wireperson/Wireman (Substation) Location: Common Road, Newham, London E16 4ET Rate: £34.00 per hour (Weekdays) PAYE ONLY | £51.00 per hour (Weekends & Bank Holidays) Hours: 07:30 AM - 18:00 PM (30 min break) Duration: Until 30th of January Our client, a leading multidisciplinary main contractor specialising in power and distribution projects across the UK, is currently seeking a Wireperson/Wireman to join them on a busy substation site in Newham. As a Wireperson/Wireman, your duties will include: Installing and terminating electrical wiring and cabling within a substation environment Supporting electrical commissioning activities Reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics Ensuring all work is carried out to high safety standards The successful Wireperson/Wireman must have: CSCS/ECS card Manual Handling Emergency First Aid at Work EUSR Utility SHEA Power Slinger Signaller COSHH Awareness Fire Safety Awareness NG Person (Substation) If you are interested in this Wireperson/Wireman position based at Common Road, Newham, London E16 4ET, please apply and the team will be in touch.
