Job Title: Project Site Administrator Location: Harker, Carlisle Duration: 6-9 Month Project Start Date: As soon as possible Pay Rate: £14-£18 per hour (dependant on experience) We are currently seeking a Project Site Administrator to join our team on a busy construction site in Harker, Carlisle. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual to support site operations on a project running for approximately 6-9 months, with an immediate start available. Key Requirements: Valid CSCS card (essential) Previous construction site experience (highly desirable) Highly organised with strong attention to detail Confident communicator, able to liaise effectively with site management and other on-site leads Key Responsibilities: Carrying out on-site walkarounds as part of site inductions Raising purchase order (PO) numbers for materials and plant using the Vocal Point system Managing daily and weekly time sheets Liaising with site managers, supervisors and other on-site leads to support smooth day to day operations Providing general administrative support to the site team as required What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate of £14-£18, depending on experience Opportunity to work on a well structured construction project Supportive site team and hands on role within site operations If you are an experienced site administrator or have a strong administrative background within construction and are available to start immediately, we would like to hear from you.
