PERMANENT PAYROLL SPECIALIST JOB - SITE BASED - GRIMSBY - 40K Your new company A family-run, reputable business in Grimsby is looking to strengthen their Payroll team with a senior.Your new role A fast-paced, PE-backed logistics and distribution company based in Grimsby is seeking an experienced Payroll Professional to join its in-house payroll team.You’ll play a key role in delivering accurate weekly and monthly payrolls for over 700 employees, working collaboratively to meet strict deadlines. The business has recently migrated to iTrent, integrated with Quinyx for Time & Attendance, so experience with these systems is a plus.Key Responsibilities:End-to-end payroll processing including starters/leavers, SSP, SMP, holiday pay, and HMRC submissions.Pension scheme administration in line with Auto Enrolment legislation.Handling payroll queries (tax, NI, pensions).Data extraction and validation from T&A systems.Supporting year-end processes including audits and P11Ds.Driving process improvements and automation.What You’ll Bring:Strong technical payroll knowledge (RTI, PAYE, NIC, SSP, SMP, AE).Proven experience managing complex payrolls in medium-sized organisations.High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.Excellent communication and IT skills (Excel, payroll systems).Professional, confidential approach with a continuous improvement mindset.This role will be 100% working in the office.What you'll get in return 25 days holiday plus stats Study supportWhat you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.If this job isn't quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion about your career. # 4736342
