Purchase Ledger Clerk About the Role:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our finance team in Theale. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong accounts payable experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively.Key Responsibilities:Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.Match invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes.Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.Prepare and process payment runs (BACS).Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.Assist with month-end processes and reporting.Respond to supplier queries promptly and professionally.Support the finance team with ad hoc tasks as required.Skills & Experience:Previous experience in a Purchase Ledger or Accounts Payable role.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent organisational and time management skills.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (experience with [insert system if known, e.g., Sage, SAP]).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Good communication skills for liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders.BenefitsCompetitive salary up to £34,000.On-site parking # 4743600
