A boutique asset manager, with circa 500 million in AUM is looking for a Financial Controller. Your new companyA highly successful, well-established, boutique Asset Manager serving family office and institutional clients. The company is renowned for 1st class customer service and is looking to expand their team following a period of growth. The firm have investments in a range of sectors including but not limited to, Media and Technology.Your new roleTaking full ownership of accounting across the business, taking ownership for monthly reporting as well as performance analysis of private equity, credit and advisory business lines.Duties include:Ownership for group financial controlLeading a transactional finance teamReporting to CFOMonthly performance reporting including variance analysis and board presentationManage the year-end process including audit liaisonFCA compliance reportsWhat you'll need to succeedYou will need to be a qualified finance professional with a background and understanding of private equity or the asset management space.
