Traffic Marshall - Sittingbourne, Kent (Long-Term Contract) Rate: £16.50-£17.50 per hour | Hours: 47.5 per week | Start: March 2026 Contract: Minimum 12 months for the right candidate We are currently recruiting a Traffic Marshall to work for a respected regional developer on a long-term project in Sittingbourne, Kent. This role offers a minimum 12-month contract for a reliable and safety-conscious individual. About Us Atkinson Baker Associates are a specialist construction recruitment partner, supporting contractors nationwide with high-quality site operatives and long-term workforce solutions. Key Responsibilities Control vehicle and pedestrian movements on site to ensure safety. Direct deliveries, wagons, and plant safely on and off site. Maintain clear access routes in line with site traffic management plans. Support general site duties when traffic control is not required. Follow all site health and safety procedures. Requirements Valid CSCS card essential. Valid Traffic Banksman ticket essential. Previous Traffic Marshall experience preferred. Confident communicator and safety focused.
