Our client, Manufacturers of fire rated and security products are recruiting for a Multi Skilled Operative to join their Redditch team. This position will lead to a permanent contract within the company, after a successful trial period. Role Details: Fabrication and Welding Experience Press brake experience Painting and powder experience Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently Ensuring quality standards are maintained throughout the production process Carrying out basic maintenance and quality checks Working as part of a supportive, fast-paced team Weekly shift pattern and Pay Rate: 08.00am -16.30pm Monday to Friday Competitive starting pay of £14.50 per hour leading to £15.00 when completed 13 weeks.
