The Best Connection are recruiting for Machine Operatives on behalf of one of our prestigious clients in the Hortonwood area. Pay: Starting at £13.05 per hour. The company has pay grades in place, so your pay will increase as you achieve specific skill sets. This is a temp-to-perm role following successful completion of the trial period. Shifts: Weekly rotating pattern - all shifts are 6am-6pm Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday Candidates must be available to work both weeks as part of the rota. The Role: Operating machinery to produce quality products Performing heavy lifting as part of daily duties Maintaining a safe and clean working environment Completing required documentation and quality inspections Requirements: Minimum 1 year of recent machine operating experience Physically fit and able to carry out heavy lifting Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team Must be able to work both weeks of the rotating shift pattern Candidates will be invited on site to complete an aptitude test, so a good understanding of English in both reading and writing is required Temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate What We Offer: Competitive starting pay with clear progression Regular and predictable shift pattern for a strong work-life balance A supportive and professional workplace
