Supporting young people aged 12-18 with a diagnosed mental health condition. You will be part of a fantastic team who are committed to offering you the guidance, support and training you need to thrive in your role. Providing plenty of opportunities to participate in the development of the hospital so we can provide the best support possible for our young people!What you'll be working:Your hours are based on a rota working every other weekend. Full time hours available 37.5 hours per weekWhat you'll be doing:Keeping people safe from any harm and protecting their human rightsBuild relationships with patients, which are open and two waySupport patients to undertake their rehabilitation programmeEstablish methods of communication with patients, reducing barriers when necessaryAssist patients with mealtimes where necessarySupport with activities of daily living and personal care when neededCommunicate any issues to the clinical teamAccurately report and/or record work activitiesWhat you'll have:Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBSFlexible, professional, and positive approach to multi-site working.Proven reliability in terms of full attendance and timekeeping.Ability to work as part of a team and as an individual.Self-confidence and ability to manage challenging situationsWe also want to ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable facilities to participate in job applications or interviews to perform essential job functions.
