RoleTo support the team in delivering high-quality care and learning opportunities, while completing a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification for 12 months and 1 day. The role combines hands-on experience with structured training.Key Responsibilities- Assist in planning and delivering play-based learning activities.- Support children’s personal, social, emotional, and physical development.- Help with daily routines including meals, toileting, and sleep times.- Maintain a safe, clean and stimulating learning environment.- Build warm, trusting relationships with children and families.- Follow all safeguarding, EYFS and health & safety procedures.- Attend training sessions, submit coursework and engage with assessor visits.Requirements- Passion and genuine interest in working with young children.- Willingness to learn, reflect and grow professionally.- Enhanced DBS required.- Right to work in the UK.
